J. Alexander Interiors is a luxury residential and commercial interior design firm based in Southern Florida, serving clients from West Palm Beach to Miami. Jason Alexander, the firm’s founder, has enjoyed a stellar reputation among his ecstatic client base for the last twenty years. In fact, he and his team had grown much of their business through client word-of-mouth, and had no need for advertising…

That is, until now. As the world became more digital, Jason realized in order to remain competitive (and grow!) their firm needed an online presence and a serious, head-to-toe brand transformation.

The Problem

A properly put together portfolio is the key to success in the design industry, but J. Alexander did not have one on their old website. The design was outdated and many links were broken, providing a frustrating experience. Jason admitted that his website was “an embarrassment,” saying he did not use it; instead, he would point potential clients to his portfolio on Houzz.

Another addition was an “Our Firm” page with individual bios highlighting the expertise, skills and personality of each person — another need-to-know detail for potential clients looking for an interior design firm they can trust.
