Over a structured five-week implementation, BBL conducted live platform-specific training sessions covering EcWid product setup, SKU logic, order management, abandoned cart settings, HubSpot workflow automation, deal pipelines, custom properties, and LearnWorlds enrollment and certification management.
We supported each session with written cheat sheets and step-by-step documentation. Summit submitted questions before training. Sessions were hands-on inside their real accounts. Integration training followed platform training, so the team understood not just how each tool worked, but also how they worked together.
BBL also created reusable workflow templates for new course and workshop launches, allowing Summit to clone proven systems rather than rebuild from scratch. And post-launch check-ins ensured a confident handoff.
